What We Do
It is essential to understand how financial institutions follow transactions to conduct their internal and external accounting reviews. We are knowledgeable in these banking processes and activities. Our firm will provide peace of mind that your funds will remain unencumbered and liquid throughout the lifecycle of the contract agreement.
As a trusted financial and project manager our firm is steadfast to help ensure that your trade deal negotiations, contract agreements, and funds transaction are always secure and transparent, between the parties and transacted, and are conducted in accordance with U.S. and international banking and anti- money laundering regulations.
Our firms have expertise in U.S. internal banking wire transfer security protocols, to include proactively identifying the root causes that trigger internal Bank Secrecy Act – Anti-Money Laundering (BSA-AML) account reviews. A BSA-AML bank account review occurs when wire transfers contain transactional errors, and/or inaccurate sender-receiver information. These account errors often lead to untimely account holds, suspension of wire transfers, and in some cases account closures. Having the right financial project manager as your trusted intermediary can mitigate and avoid these unfortunate and untimely financial scenarios.

Commission & Fee Structure
Commission & Fee Structure
Integrity Paymasters’ commission rates and service fees vary and are based on the specific details of each contract agreement, including the agreement value and the estimated transaction volumes. Typical commission rates range between 1.5% and 3%, with all terms negotiated at the time of the agreement’s execution.
Additional factors that may influence commission rates include the geographical location of the parties/financial institutions (sender and recipient banks). Please note: all rates exclude applicable bank and wire transfer fees, which are billed separately.
Client Onboarding Requirements:
• Client Disclosure Documentation
• Paymaster Account Setup
• Executed Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA)
• Sub-Fee Protection Agreement (SFPA) (as required, per authorized party)
A flat-rate success fee may be applied upon contract completion and closeout, and project management consulting fees are also subject to negotiation during contract execution.
